I have to say I am very impressed with the new changes! The new owners brought in such a positive and upbeat vibe. There is new staff and they are very helpful, friendly and approachable. The level of customer service and feedback follow up is outstanding! I like the new changes, you can feel it when you walk in they are remodeling but still remain accommodating for customers. I cannot express how glad I am to see such positive changes and truly invested staff. You can tell the new owners care not only about their business but also their customers and staff as they are happy. Keep up the great work!

I have been a customer of Express Lavanderia since December and I must say I am very pleased with the staff, the service, the cleanliness of the place. We also use the Fluff and Fold service. Love that you can use your card and I don’t run out of change !! Will gladly recommend this place.

This store has great customer service. The hours are great. The store is always very clean. Employees are very nice. It’s the only place in Chula Vista that has the 10 load washers. estoy muy contento servio de lavado ya que tiene la opción de pagar con tarjeta o efectivo,el ambiente muy amable el personal de lugar y las máquinas muy bien casi nuevas yo recomiendo este ligue para lavar.

Very good service, attendants are always very respectful and friendly. Its a very clean place, I love the special prices they have, mostly the 10 load machine my blankets always come out super clean. I would really recommend to all my friends and family.
