Dear Fresh & Clean Customers,
The Health and Safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority. With respect to recent developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of your families and our staff. The most recent information from the CDC says the immediate risk is still thought to be low for most people. That said, we want you to feel confident when you come to use our store, so we have implemented additional measures to help keep our facilities even cleaner.
WHAT WE’RE DOING:
In addition to our regular full-facility cleanings, our staff will now be doing an additional wipe down of counter tops and equipment with sanitizing spray at the end of each day.
Throughout the day our staff will also be:
- Cleaning handles on ALL doors
- Cleaning restrooms
- Wiping down tables and other community shared surfaces
- Washing hands regularly and especially when handling cash or laundry cards.
- Using latex gloves when and where appropriate
- We will also have disinfectant spray bottles and rags available in the store for your use as needed.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
- If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
We are basing our best practices and requests off on the latest CDC recommendations. Let’s be careful. Just like any cold or cough that people get during this time period, including influenza, let’s all try to limit people who are ill from spreading it to others.
